Training
Relational resilience is a core human capacity needed to survive in uncertain and challenging times. To thrive, we also need to evolve practices related to genuine transformation of who we are as human beings with responsibility to ourselves, each other, future generations, and to the earth and other than human life, locally and globally.
Trainings focus on connection to ourselves, one another, specific situations, and where relevant, our connection to nature, This can include presentation of relevant neuroscience, developmental and ecological theory, conversation, live working, and experiential learning. Research and ongoing innovation is part of all my practice. For example, review of training workshops for therapists and supervisors for the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy is available online and in the journal. See publications section.
