Rosie has 28 years experience working with organisations, both local, national and international, specialising in:
- Working towards transforming survival reactions in individuals, groups, teams and organisations under pressure - improving quality of life , well being, mental health and performance - Supporting development in leadership
One example of this is working with a large group of professionals in Sri Lanka who had been impacted by conflict, and were carrying the imprints of painful memories and experiences. Creating a safe environment where together people could give voice to surviving difficult situations in ways that released these experiences meant the restoration of the natural human bonds of empowerment, trust, aliveness, meaningfulness and common purpose. While leaders, teams and organisations are usually not experiencing this degree of intensity and severity of distress, we all habitually adopt survival strategies that help people and systems survive, though do not help reach the full potential of each individual or the organisation.
