Training Workshops
I offer a range of tailor made workshops that focus on supporting deeper connection to ourselves, one another, exploring our responses in specific situations, and where relevant, our connection to nature. This can include presentation, theory, conversation, live working, and experiential learning. Research and ongoing innovation is part of my practice.
